Notice Inviting Quotations (NIQ) for disposal of remnant samples of the laboratory of Textiles Committee at Mumbai

Laboratory of Textiles Committee, Mumbai hereby invites Quotations for the disposal of remnant samples & old Test Reports.  You are requested to submit your quote, category wise as per the format given below:

  If required, the items for disposal can be inspected on any working day between 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm at the above mentioned office address.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The rate quoted shall be valid for at least 3 months.
2. Material should be lifted in “as it is where it is” condition
3. The successful bidder shall ensure to collect material in full (Selective/partial collection not allowed)
4. Arrangements for weighing and transportation of the items shall be made by the bidder
5. Payment shall be made in full by way of D/D or online in favour of “Textiles Committee” before taking delivery of the items.
6. Arrangements for gunny bags / packing materials to collect the items shall be made by the bidder.
7. Quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelope superscribing “Quotation for disposal of Remnant samples & Test Reports”.
8. The Textiles Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The last date for submission of quotation is on or before 29^th December 2017.
