Request for Proposal for Empanelment of Training of Trainer Agencies for the “Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector” under SAMARTH of Ministry of Textiles. 

Textiles Committee, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India is the Resource Support Agency (RSA) and knowledge partner for implementation of their Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector - SAMARTH.  The Textiles Committee envisages Empanelling Training of Trainer Agencies for the training of trainer under the scheme during the currency of the scheme.

Agencies with relevant experience and resources intended to be empanelled as Training of Trainers Agency may apply in prescribed format which can be downloaded here922.98 KB.
