Bids are invited by Textiles Committee from bonafide manufacturers or authorized dealers for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of one 16.5 TR air-cooled package air conditioner unit for the ductable system of Air-conditioning on the 3rd floor of the Textiles Committee, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Interpretation of the terms & conditions and other related issues in the tender would rest with Textiles Committee only. Tenders can be downloaded from Central Public Procurement Portal.
Possession of valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and enrollment/registration of the bidders on the e-Procurement/e-Tender portal are prerequisite for e-Tendering. The bidders are to submit the bids through online e-Tendering system to the Tender Inviting Authority (TIA). An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted along with the Bid. Bidder shall submit the bids online through the Central Public Procurement Portal for e- Procurement at Central Public Procurement Portal as per instructions given at Section III along with the required documents as per instructions given in bid documents for bidders. After the scrutiny of Technical bids, the only bidders who are found to be technically responsive will be considered for commercial bids. The result of the screening of Commercial Bids shall be accessible to the bidders on the Central Public Procurement Portal for e Procurement at Central Public Procurement Portal
