            The Tender inviting bids for the supply of equipments/instruments for the laboratory of Textiles Committee at Cochin vide Notice No.TC/LAB/setting/ Cochin/15(39-1) dated 18.12.2015 and Corrigendum published on 8^th January 2016  (DAVP 41104/11/0006/1516) are hereby cancelled due to administrative reasons.

TENDER NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENTS / INSTRUMENTS FOR
THE LABORATORY OF TEXTILES COMMITTEE AT COCHIN

Bids in two separate sealed covers viz. Technical (Cover-A) and Financial (Cover-B) are invited by Textiles Committee from bonafide Textile Testing equipment manufacturers / authorized agents for the supply of testing equipment / instruments for laboratory at Cochin. The bidders have the option to quote for any selected equipment / instrument or for all the items. The details of the equipment / instrument, specifications, payment terms and other details are given in the tender document. Tender documents can be downloaded from the website www.textilescommittee.gov.in. The bidders shall pay Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) towards the sale price of the tender documents and payment towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (as prescribed in tender document) by Demand Draft (DD)/Pay Order (PO)/Banker’s Cheque (BC) drawn in favour of “Textiles Committee” payable at Mumbai at the time of submission of Tender documents. The last date for submission of duly filled tender both Technical & Financial bids is 08.01.2016 till 3.00 pm.
