Tender Cancellation Notice

            The Tender inviting bids for the supply of equipments/instruments for the Textiles Committee Laboratories at Cochin & JNPT, Navi Mumbai vide Tender Notice No. TC/Lab/Tendering/Cochin& JNPT/2016 (13-1)  dated 27.1.2016  published under DAVP 41104/11/0007/1516 and Corrigendum dated 9^th February ‘16 published in the website of Textiles Committee are  hereby cancelled due to administrative reasons.

Bids  in two separate sealed covers viz. Technical (Cover-A) and Financial (Cover-B) are invited by Textiles Committee from Textile Testing equipment manufacturers / authorized agents for the supply of testing equipment / instruments for their laboratories at Cochin and JNPT, Navi Mumbai.  Details of the equipment / instrument, specifications, payment terms and other details are given in the tender document. Tender documents can be downloaded in PDF format from the link given below. 

  The bidders shall  pay Rs. 1000/- which is non-refundable towards the cost of the tender documents and Payment towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (as prescribed in tender document) by Demand Draft (DD)/Pay Order (PO)/Banker’s Cheque (BC) drawn in favour of “Textiles Committee” payable at Mumbai along with the Technical bid at the time of submission of Tender documents.   Sealed bids without the above payments shall not be considered.

     The last date for submission of duly filled tender both Technical & Financial bids is 17.2.2016 till 3.00 pm.
