Inviting Quotation for Annual Rate Contract for pest control

Sub: Inviting Quotation for Annual Rate Contract for pest control.

Textiles Committee a Government organization under Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, invite quotations for pest control services in our office that includes specialized Anti termite treatment and general disinfestations, Rodent control treatment dusting of man-hole chambers for the estate of Textiles Committee, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. You are also requested to inspect the area before due date of submission of this quotation at Prabhadevi building on the terms and conditions stipulated herein under:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The contract will be entrusted only for two years from the date of order on Annual Rate Contract.
2. The Pest control services require (i) eradication of white ants and anti terminate (ii) controlling of cockroaches and other crawling insect (iii) controlling Rats, Rodents, Goose and Mice should be done fortnightly at the above office premises, in case of any complaint, in between special services should also be attended free of charges.
3. Only GOVT. approved chemicals and fuming shall be used for eradication of the pest.
4. If the services are found not satisfactory and fail to fulfill the agreed scope of the work. The Textiles Committee reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without any reason.
5. The pest control has to be carried out fortnightly preferably on Friday in every month.
6. The successful Pest Control Agency shall deposit 10% of total annual contract value with Textiles Committee as interest free performance Security deposit. In case of non satisfactory performance or breach of contracts from pest control agency the performance security deposit 10% deposited with Textiles Committee shall be forfeited.  
7. Quotation should be given including cost of materials and manpower on a company letter head signed by the authorized person in the format attached.
8. Party shall have at least 10 clients along with them. The Party shall submit the list of 10 clients’ along with PO’s and other certificates stating awarding contract to them.
9. Interested parties may visit Textiles Committee for inspection between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm till 14.07.2015 and may contact Empowered Committee Cell at 4^th floor on the above mentioned address.
10. The party /bidder shall be in existence for Pest Control Business from last 3 years. The relevant document in this regard to be submitted along with quotation /bids (3 year ITR returns and company registration copy)
11. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
12. The payment will be made by crossed Cheque payable at State Bank of India, Worli, only after satisfactorily services rendered, on quarterly basis.
13. The quotations in sealed cover addressed to the undersigned by name should reach to this office not later than 15/07/2015.
14. The quotation cover should super scribe as under :

Submission of Quotation for the Pest Control Services for the Estate of Textiles Committee for the period of 2 years

 The total amount for pest control service will be Rs.______________ (Rupees ______________________________________________________________only). We confirm that the rates quoted above shall remain valid for the period of 2 years from placing of order.
